Our Values

We go the extra mile

We intend to deliver state-of-the-art surgical equipment. Whether it is design, engineering, research, development or management, we always go the extra mile. What feature would best suit the customer’s needs? What design language to use? What components offer the best value and reliability? We want everyone to make these decisions keeping the patient's wellbeing in mind.

We are responsible

We want everyone to do the right thing. Not because you were told to do it, but simply because that's what we should be doing in the first place. We want you to take ownership. Mentor others, or learn something new to further a project. What sets us apart is not adhering to the “This is not a part of my job” attitude.

We communicate openly

Each individual has a unique set of beliefs, views, and aspirations. In these differences lies the essence of fuel to change the world. We want you to voice your opinion. We want you to disagree on something if it doesn’t adhere to what you think the product should be. We believe in radical candour - in challenging directly and caring deeply.

We are selfless

We believe in a greater purpose and all of us work relentlessly every day to realize that purpose. At our core, we believe in doing what’s right and putting the interest of Patients, Surgeons, Customers and the mission before our own. We operate at the level of self-actuation and understand that our own needs are met when we put the greater good before our own.

These values stand as our guiding light. They have helped us build the team that we wanted. If you associate yourself with them, do consider joining us. We started Articulus Surgical with the idea of building a team of makers. A team that is passionate about doing great things. Writing these values down has helped us document what we believe in.

At Articulus, I am a part of a high-accountability, fast-paced environment that forces me to maximize my productivity and maintain a solution-driven mindset. Working with interdisciplinary teams and cutting-edge technology gives me the opportunity to constantly grow.

Pavan Kushal Robotics Software Engineer

Radically challenging how robotic surgery is perceived by the world and re-inventing how it is done requires the kind of vision and determination is something that I share with the team. The culture that we have built as an organization, subconsciously inculcates qualities of leadership in its team, and helps everyone grow as individuals both in career and personality

Navaneeth M. G. Robotics Architect

At Articulus, I have the freedom to exercise my design choices in a flexible and collaborative environment. Out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged here at Articulus and I believe this forms the very core of our design process.
